1. Senior Digital Solutions & AI Specialist

   [Creator and platform owner of Ciudad Diveco]

   I created and lead Ciudad Diveco, the group's regional corporate platform on AWS, owning product and architecture. I design and deliver digital platforms, enterprise integrations, AI solutions and automations in direct collaboration with executive leadership, leading AWS adoption and the group's cloud architecture decisions.

   Ciudad Diveco: regional corporate platform

   The platform integrates 27+ internal tools, serves ~250 users and operates across five countries and four business units, covering executive analytics, finance, sales, HR and operations in a single digital experience.

   Dormilón Analytics: conversational AI analytics

   Designed Dormilón Analytics, an AI assistant connected to the Data Lake for natural-language business queries: billing, receivables, targets, PPU, margins, profit and commercial performance.

   BI consolidation: 15 dashboards, ~150 Power BI licenses

   Replaced around 15 executive dashboards by consolidating regional reporting into the platform and building it on the Data Lake, removing the need for roughly 150 Power BI licenses.

   HR digital suite with automation

   Before: fragmented HR workflows and manual follow-up. After: a custom digital suite with automation and intelligent assistance, built with executive leadership and scaled across the region.

   Designed and led the architecture of a high-impact corporate portal integrating SAP, RPA, external APIs, and internal systems.

   Intelligent agents & business automation
