The Problem
The organization depended on scattered reports, isolated tools and manual processes to access commercial, financial and operational information. Executive reporting was fragmented across ~15 dashboards and required around 150 Power BI licenses, with slow decisions and duplicated effort across countries.
The Solution
I designed and built a corporate platform that centralizes tools, reports, automations and AI in one experience: SAP integrations, RPA automations and data governance, reporting consolidated on the Data Lake, and Dormilón Analytics — an AI assistant for natural-language business queries.

One Platform, the Entire Regional Operation
The Challenge: Scattered Information and Slow Decisions
Fragmented Reporting
Around 15 executive dashboards and close to 150 Power BI licenses to access commercial, financial and operational information; each country and business unit kept its own tools and versions of the truth.
Manual Processes and Isolated Systems
Queries depended on specialists, Excel and ad hoc SAP integrations. The result: slow decisions, duplicated effort across countries and little traceability.
No Channel for AI
The organization had a Data Lake, but there was no way for the business to exploit it or query data in natural language.

Ciudad Diveco
I created and lead Ciudad Diveco, a regional corporate platform on AWS, owning product and architecture: 27+ internal tools integrated into a single digital experience.
Reporting on the Data Lake
I consolidated regional reporting by building it directly on the Data Lake, replacing some 15 executive dashboards and removing the need for roughly 150 Power BI licenses.
Dormilón Analytics
I designed an AI assistant connected to the Data Lake for natural-language business queries: billing, receivables, targets, PPU, margins, profit and commercial performance.
Integrations and Data Governance
I defined architecture, roadmap, permissions and auditing, with SAP integrations, RPA automations and data governance as part of the group's cloud architecture decisions.
