The problem
The B2B quotation process was an operational collapse. Salespeople took days or weeks to generate final quotes due to manual information gathering from multiple global suppliers (APIs, Excel, web platforms), manual comparison, and error-prone calculations.
The solution
I designed a serverless system on AWS that eliminated manual intervention through an automated ETL pipeline for massive data ingestion, transformation of unstructured files into a unified catalog, and a centralized interface enabling search, price comparison, and quote generation in minutes.
