Turingh ERP

[Product · Aurora Labs]

SaaS ERP for accounting firms. The first product built on Aurora: a multi-company SaaS ERP for accounting firms in Guatemala and Central America and the SMEs they serve, with finance, FEL/SAT fiscal control, IVA and ISR, receivables and payables, and treasury on the general ledger as the source of truth.

Results

  • Multi-company[Result]N client companies per firm
  • FEL / SAT[Result]Fiscal control as the source of truth

The problem

Accounting firms juggle dozens of client companies across spreadsheets and disconnected tools, with fiscal rules (FEL, SAT, IVA, ISR) that change and do not forgive errors. They needed one multi-company platform where every transaction posts to real books and reconciles against the tax authority as the source of truth.

The solution

Turingh ERP assembles Aurora's modules (general ledger, fiscal import with FEL/SAT reconciliation, ISR and IVA engines, receivables and payables open items, banking and treasury) into a product for the accounting-firm channel, on schema-per-tenant isolation and fiscal services that extend by country.

The challenge

Dozens of companies, zero margin for fiscal error

Real multi-company
An accounting firm does not manage one company: it manages dozens, each with its own books, regime and deadlines. The tool had to isolate each client company's information without friction and without leaks between them.
Unforgiving fiscal discipline
FEL, SAT, IVA and ISR change and do not forgive errors. The system had to reconcile against the tax authority's list as the source of truth, to detect real omissions as well as balance what is already in the books.
Finance at the core
Every operation (a collection, a payment, a bank movement, a fiscal import) had to end in a real entry with financial effect, not in a parallel record that later has to be reconciled by hand.

The approach

Assembling Aurora for the accounting-firm channel

Modules from the Aurora catalog
Turingh ERP composes the platform's modules (general ledger, FiscalImport with FEL/SAT reconciliation, ISR and IVA, receivables and payables open items, banking and treasury) into a coherent product, inheriting the platform's invariants and built-in quality.
Schema-per-tenant isolation
Each accounting firm is a tenant; each client company lives isolated inside it. The multi-company model supports company, group and firm modes on the same data shape.
Frictionless capture
Document attachments on journal entries, bank-statement import with auto-match, and bulk journal-entry import: work comes in fast and stays traceable to the entry that originated it.

The impact

Beachhead and proof of reuse

The accounting firm as a channel
The accounting firm is the beachhead: a channel that distributes disciplined, finance-as-core software to the SMEs it serves. One client, many companies served.
Validates the platform
Turingh ERP being born on Aurora without forking the kernel shows the platform is genuinely reusable, the input needed to build the next generation of vertical products on the same base.
Extensible to the region
With fiscal services per country, the same product can serve other Central American countries by changing catalogs and providers, not the engine.
